Belated 14 Month Post

Noah was 14 months this past Monday! My big boy is growing too fast! Fun things about Noah at 14 months:

• Says lots of words including "turkey".
• Loves playing ball with Daddy.
• Loves giving high fives.
• Loves to drink real milk.
• Eats and eats and eats lots of chicken nuggets, cinnamon toast, oranges, chicken and rice casserole, etc.
• Loves reading books with Mommy.

Noah is happiest with a full belly!

Rylie (2 months) came over to visit last week.

And so did her biggest sister, Madison.

Back in the swing of things

Well, I started back at work today which was better than expected. The kids were actually happy to see me and I truly was happy to see them. I've got a couple more who are potty-training now so that will make things more interesting in '08.

On another note, Noah is trying to get rid of one of his naps :( No fun for me! He was on the most perfect schedule and now has decided to change things a bit. More signs that he is growing up, I guess. He is saying some new words lately like: monkey (mumpy), button (he actually points at a button on my shirt), Maddie (his favorite seven-year-old cousin), bite and shaking his head "yes". He loves to dance right now too! It is so fuuny. He will stand up next to his leap frog table, hit a certain button and bob up and down. He even sways back and forth when a slower-type song comes on. Everytime we get the video camera out, he stops doing it, of course!

Maybe I will post a video of our adorable 13 month-old soon! You will have to settle for a picture from Noah's Great-Grandad's 80th Birthday party- OU themed of course!

Happy New Years!

New Years was a blast! My wonderful husband took me out to dinner and to a movie without Noah. My parents babysat ALL night for us! Thanks Mom and Dad! So, Aaron and I went to our default place, The Cheesecake Factory and then went to see National Treasure. We then met up with Ben and Allison at her place and celebrated the New Year! I don't have any pictures because I forgot to take them. Oh well, we had fun!

*Noah update that was left out of the last post*
Noah finally cut his two top teeth! He cut them while we were on the cruise and they are starting to grow in nicely. It makes me sad to see them, though, because once they are grown in he will look a lot older! I still want him to look like my little baby!!
