Sure would have loved a brand new front door, but that is definitely not in the budget. A can of paint and new door handle is! It feels new to us and we couldn't be more happy with it!

LOVE the new color! What paint did you use? I want to paint my front door but I'm overwhelmed by the thought. Was it hard?

it's amazing how something as simple as changing the color of a door makes the whole house look fresh...love it! And of course, I love your house!!

cassie- it was so easy! i used valspar in an exterior semi gloss. i bought one of those rectangular paint pad thingies (obviously not the technical name) which is so perfect to use on a door. along with a smaller paint brush. it only took two coats and about a couple of hours!
turned out great, allison! and tell aaron the yard looks great too, ha. :)
